PROTECTED ROUTE SURVEYS


We provide protected route surveys to identify compartments and escape routes. We identified risks such as plant rooms and electrical intake rooms and check if the appropriate level of fire resistance is in place.

Drawings are marked up and provided to the client for use in the building management H&S file to help in the maintenance of essential fire                   compartments                            INCLUDING THE FIRE DOORS.


RECORD DRAWING MANAGEMENT


 Good record keeping starts with a floor plan or model. We have the expertise to create a floor plan or asset model of your building.


The model can be built from existing information and paper plans. The drawing is an asset register model and need not be dimensionally accurate. Intelligence can be built into the model or drawing as more information is gathered. This helps to keep the budget manageable. 

The value of the plan is soon realised as the key elements of PFP can be identified easily and the contract issued to appropriate contractors avoiding expensive remedial works and failure of the building fire strategy endangering lives and your business.
